We are a non-governmental organization of consultants that work with small producers, helping build their business by giving them various kinds of consulting. CEDER seeks for social development. In this moment, we are working with an association of small cheese producers, and we are looking for an opportunity in the international markets. The product is a pasteurizated cheese made of natural milk (no hormones are used on the animals), with good quality and taste. It's a health and tradicional product of Peru.The milk produced on the natural pastures that surround the business is richer in proteine and other solids than manipulated milk. The production in the place has over 250 years of tradition. The only non-natural ingredient in this product are conservings (to maintain the cheese's characteristics through the shipping).
