FXL-CT table-top units are built for a maximum of 2 channels without preselection. They can be used to control magnetic chucks up to a total area of approx. 1.2m2. can be controlled. FXL-CT is designed as a table-top unit or to be attached to the machine wall by means of the magnetic feet on the back. The operation is carried out directly on the device.

FX-R is the series for round material handling. The deep shallow-angled prism ensures safe positioning on the load and guides the magnetic field deep into the material. The magnet system can be switched well in the entire diameter bandwidth and does not recoil, shearing of the load due to twisting is prevented by the overlapping prism. DM Panel-demagnetizing devices are quality, modern equipment with 100% duty cycle and a unique system that adjusts the intensity of the field size and the volume of the work, creating a low standby power consumption and high demagnetizing-quality be achieved. DM Demagnetizing devices can also be used as under- or tape devices. The workpieces are guided over the pole plates manually or by conveyor belt. Mass parts can be collected in a non-magnetic container and passed over the pole faces.

FXL Magnetic Clamping TechnologyThe FXL square pole technology is the result of over 20 years of experience in magnetic clamping technology and combines solutions to the most common customer requirements in the highest quality design. Magnetic poles, fed by Alnico and NDFeB magnets, are anchored in a solid, super-stiff monobloc body by means of a tool steel insert with M8 internal thread. The back of the clamping plate remains flat and can be drilled in at all points - for example, for inserting a zero-point clamping system. For this purpose, the magnet system is coated with highperformance resin in a multi-stage process, which has a high mechanical strength and ensures absolute tightness and perfect electrical insulation. FXL magnetic clamping plates can be controlled with our FXL-C control units or with almost all control units from other leading manufacturers.

FX-C lifting magnets have a round, multipole clamping surface, designed for lifting rings, sleeves, bearing housings, flange plates and similar workpieces.The load specification is valid for full-surface mounting on workpieces which cover D inside to D outside (see table Dimensions), for workpieces with a smaller mounting surface an approximate maximum workpiece weight of 3.5 kg per cm² clamping surface can be calculated. FX-VV is the lifting magnet for profiles and hot components. FX-P is the lifting magnet series for professional lifting and moving of thinner sheets, tubes and bars. The special Magnet-Coniguration in conjunction with the prismatic pole of the FX-P ensures maximum lux density even on thin material thickness. The FX-P can be positioned well on round tube and gently pressed.
