Corrugated tubes for cooling ceilings: The newly developed PE-HD multi-layer plastic corrugated tube with EVOH oxygen barrier (basis for DIN 4726) has been developed specifically for the use in panel cooling systems. It does not contain halogens, is free from cadmium, pollutants or heavy metals. Due to the circular corrugations arranged concentrically around the longitudinal axis, the tube is solid and non-buckling, but at the same time very flexible. Corrugated tubes for exhaust technology: The flexible plastic exhaust tubes by FRÄNKISCHE INDUSTRIAL PIPES can be used for condensing boilers with an exhaust temperature of up to 120°C. They can be individually cut, and due to their flexibility they can be installed by simple feeding without complex plug-in connections. This constitutes an enormous advantage especially for refurbishing old buildings, chimney protrusions or narrow bends.

They provide high stiffness combined with high mechanical strength and have been designed to match the different nominal sizes and inside diameters of our corrugated tubes with cuffs. Our corrugated tubes with integrated containers have been designed to reliably collect and store liquids without running the risk of leakage. The product can be custom-tailored in different nominal sizes, types of containers (with and without lid) and cuff sections to meet customers specifications.

The directly mountable fittings made of specially modified, halogen-free polyamide 6 are resistant to most common chemical media. The excellent UV-resistance allows an outdoor use without hesitation. Thanks to the newly developed 360° locking system and the internal pipe seals, the fittings in conjunction with our FIPLOCK® corrugated tubes meet the highest possible protection class IP69. Delivered ready-assembled and re-opened with the aid of a simple slotted screwdriver, the fittings offer significant time savings during assembly and disassembly and offer various combination options.
