We offer the full range of components needed to build a complete fieldbus network, such as fieldbus cables, repeaters and many accessories. This includes bus and supply cables, passive and active junction boxes, power supplies, cabinet receptacles and receptacles. Field-wireable connectors and terminating resistors round off the product line.

Everywhere, where digital signals must be electrically separated and processed or current and voltage limited power supply is needed, our interface devices are used such as isolating switching amplifiers, solenoid drivers, relay couplers and rotation speed monitors. The interface devices are available in the IP20 modular housing for DIN rail as well as in the compact IP67 housing for decentralized remote-site use. The product portfolio also comprises solutions for the Ex area and SIL-certified devices.

We offer the appropriate interface device for separating, forming, processing, converting and conditioning analog signals. The product portfolio comprises analog signal isolators, isolating transducers, temperature measuring amplifiers, potentiometer amplifiers, trip amplifiers and level monitors - for simple and complex requirements, for Ex- and non-Ex applications, available in the IP20 housing for DIN rail as well as in the compact IP67 housing for decentralized on-site remote control.

The modules of the IMSP series are connected before the interface devices and provide reliable protection against voltage surges. The only 6.2 mm wide DIN rail devices are IP20 rated and can be used in the Ex and non-Ex area. Among other things, modules are available for surge-protected connection of analog signals (e.g. for analog signal isolators and temperature measuring amplifiers) as well as for connecting binary signals from switches or inductive and capacitive sensors.

Our wireless SureCross system enables simple and fast transmission of process data from the field to higher level control systems. In both versions, DX70 for simple cable replacement as well as in DX80 for a complex network, gateways communicate through radio signals with the nodes in the field and transfer the signals of the field devices to the controller.

We offer the matching accessories for quick mounting, simple parameterization and safe protection of interface modules. From cage clamps, programming adapters and power buses up to the IP67 rated housings: Each item is perfectly tailored to the interface module series IM, IME and IMC, making installation and commissioning of your application easy.

The IMX12-CCM (Cabinet Condition Monitoring) can be installed in virtually any cabinet or any protective enclosure to ontinuously check the current protection degree there - even retrospectively. The DIN rail device notifies with a switching signal improperly closed doors, as well as exceedances of temperature and interior humidity, to the control system.

In the field of safety sensors, we offer safety light screens in various lengths and types with up to 14 mm resolution and muting function. We offer laser scanners with large protective fields for special tasks. Two-hand buttons and controls round off the range. For direct connection to the machine, we also offer versatile controls in addition to simple safety relays.

For safety-related applications, we offer IP67 block I/O modules with safe digital inputs and universal digital channels that can be used as inputs or outputs. The modules also feature non-safe universal digital channels and IO-Link master ports. This allows connection of standard I/Os and IO-Link devices to an IP67 fieldbus module - in addition to the safety inputs and outputs. Via the IO-Link IO hubs, up to 32 more universal digital signals can be connected.

The HMI controls of the TX500 product series have high-quality displays with brilliant graphics, resistive touch, and a modern processor. They are ideal for use in small to medium-sized machines, whose processes must be controlled, operated, and observed locally. The CODESYS 3 control of the TX500 has the functions PROFINET controller, EtherNet/IP™ and Modbus TCP as well as Modbus RTU Master. When used with Modbus protocols, the HMIs can also be operated as slaves. For visualization the CODESYS 3 target is used.
