TECHNICAL DEFINITION SEMIN AIRLESS is an interior finishing coating designed for Airless projection. It is ideally suited to the preparation of pre-slabs, walled concrete and plasterboards before painting. COMPOSITION AND APPEARANCE Emulsion acrylic resin, mineral filler, cellulose derivatives, conservation agent and various additives. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS • Dry matter: 72% • Density: 1.6 PREPARATION OF SURFACES BEFORE APPLICATION The substrate must comply with DTU 59.1, i.e. be clean, dry, free of dust and of any trace of stripping oil. Plasterboard must be primed. APPLICATION SEMIN AIRLESS can be projected with any type of Airless type 695, 795 or Mark 5 machine, fitted with an Airless tremie and a size 21, 23 or 41 nozzle.

Scrape down, sand and wash old paint. USE CAUTION The temperature during application and drying must be between 5 and 30°C. Do not apply to a damp substrate. Do not use mix that has begun to harden. RATE TEMPERING Around 10 to 12 l of water per 25 kg sack. Mixing is preferably to be carried out mechanically. And finishing is possible in a single layer. • FILLING, ASSEMBLY, SEALING Dilute with 45% water. 2.2 l to 2.3 l water per 5 kg bag or 11 l to 11.5 l for 25 kg. Open bevelled cracks or rifts. Apply with a putty knife or spatula. Completely fill up the part to be filled, smooth carefully. Time of use: 45 min. Hardening: approx. 1 hour.

TECHNICAL DEFINITION Ready-to-use coating paste coating specially formulated for use on tapered-edge plasterboard joints, to be used with jointing tape. The coating comes mixed : it is suitable for gluing and finishing the tape. COMPOSITION AND APPEARANCE Resin, water, calcium carbonate, preservatives and various additives. The paste is white in colour. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS Cracking : Up to 5mm thickness with no cracking. APPLICATION Application is carried out manually, spreading the thinned the product with a coating knife across 10 or 15 cm, before laying the tape in position. In the event of projecting vertical angles, use reinforced tape (frame placed at the side of the panel). Apply tape to the internal ceiling corners, making sure that the concrete is free of any trace of forming oil. The surface must be dry and free of any type of powder or insufficiently adherent product.
