TECHNICAL DEFINITION SEMIN AIRLESS is an interior finishing coating designed for Airless projection. It is ideally suited to the preparation of pre-slabs, walled concrete and plasterboards before painting. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS • Dry matter: 72% • Density: 1.6 PREPARATION OF SURFACES BEFORE APPLICATION The substrate must comply with DTU 59.1, i.e. be clean, dry, free of dust and of any trace of stripping oil. Plasterboard must be primed. APPLICATION SEMIN AIRLESS can be projected with any type of Airless type 695, 795 or Mark 5 machine, fitted with an Airless tremie and a size 21, 23 or 41 nozzle.

COMPOSITION AND APPEARANCE Acrylic emulsion resin, mineral content, cellulose derivatives, preservation agent and various additives. The resulting paste is white and its consistency is adapted to its airless application. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS • Dry extract : 72% • Density : 1;88 • COV : < 1g/ litre APPLICATION SEMIN AIRLESS covering layer is sprayed in two steps : the first must be smooth with the help of a 60 cm blade, after drying the second one must be smoothed with the blade. The product must be sprayed at about 80 cm from the support. TIP : Lift filters before spraying.

TECHNICAL DEFINITION Levelling filler for vertical substrates and for use on ceilings for poured concrete or pre-cast slabs. Ideal for the preparation of pre-cast slabs, formwork concrete and for the renovation of textured finishes or fibreglass with a paint finish. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS • Dry extract : 75% • Density : 1.86 • VOC content : less than 1g/l COMPOSITION AND APPEARANCE Water, calcium carbonate, dispersant, bactericide, fungicide, cellulosic fibres, polyacrylates, clays, acrylic dispersant. AMOUNT REQUIRED From 2 to 4 kg for the first coat. From 1.5 to 2 kg for the second coat. APPLICATION SEMIN AIRLESS EXTREM filler is sprayed using the Airless pump or rotor machine/Flat spray stator in 2 coats. The first coat must be levelled using a 60 cm blade or levelled with a straight edge. After drying, the second coat must be smoothed using a blade.

TECHNICAL DEFINITION SEMIN AIRLESS 3 IN 1 is an indoor filler that can be used as an Airless spray. It provides an even appeareance without smoothing, has great coverage and a deep matt finish. It combines 3 actions : underlayer, filler and finish. COMPOSITION AND APPEARANCE Acrylic emulsion resin, mineral content, cellulose derivates, preservation agent and other additives. The resulting paste is a bright white colour and its consistency is adapted to its airless application. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS • Dry extract : 68% • Density : 1,76 • COV : <1g/l APPLICATION SEMIN AIRLESSS 3 IN 1 can be sprayed with all kinds of Airless machines adapted to srpraying coatings. Recommended nozzle : 627. For optimum results, we recommend following this method : • Spray a first layer of the coating about 300 to 400 g/m2, to show up the defects on the surface. Spray at a distance of about 80 cm from the relevant surface • Check over the surface carrefully

TECHNICAL PROPERTIES • Fire classification: A2-S1, d0 SUITABLE SURFACES Interior : ideal for covering bricks, brick tiles, cement breeze blocks, cinder blocks, de-bubbling pre-slabs, shuttered concrete, aerated concrete, for redecorating stippled walls or old damaged surfaces. APPLICATION. • The first coat should be levelled out using 60 cm scraper or skimmed with a rule. • After drying, the second coat should be smoothed with a scraper. • After allowing to set slightly, squeeze the filler at a slight angle using a clean scraper.

MATERIALS AVAILABLE DTU 59.1 TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS • Setting time : 2 hours • Particle size : fine SUITABLE SURFACES The substrates must be in conformity with DTU 59.1, i.e., clean, hard, free of dust and any trace of release agent. Scrape down, sand and wash old paint. USE CAUTION The temperature during application and drying must be between 5 and 30°C. Do not apply to a damp substrate. Do not use mix that has begun to harden. RATE TEMPERING Around 10 to 12 l of water per 25 kg sack. Mixing is preferably to be carried out mechanically. APPLICATION Application is to be carried out using a float, a knife or a putty knife for smoothing. For a decorative finish, use a roller, brush or sponge.

COMPOSITION AND APPEARANCE Plaster-based powder coating containing calcium carbonate, resin, cellulose fibre and various additives. The mixed paste is white in colour. Standard DIN 1168 • DTU 59.1: painting work • NF EN 13963 TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS • Granulometry: fine • Adhesion: complies with NFT 30 608 • pH: neutral APPLICATION • SEALING PLASTERBOARDS WITH ROUNDED EDGES Apply a first pass by filling the joint deeply, apply a second pass after 1 1/2 hours to smooth and finish the joint. Filling and bonding (if tape) in one pass. And finishing is possible in a single layer. • FILLING, ASSEMBLY, SEALING Dilute with 45% water. 2.2 l to 2.3 l water per 5 kg bag or 11 l to 11.5 l for 25 kg. Open bevelled cracks or rifts. Apply with a putty knife or spatula. Completely fill up the part to be filled, smooth carefully. Time of use: 45 min. Hardening: approx. 1 hour.

SUITABLE SURFACES All types of tapered-edge, paper-lined plasterboard, with or without insulation (glass wool, rock wool, polystyrene). COVERINGS First undercoat for plasterboard. Smoothing compound. PACK SIZE Tubs of 5 and 25kg on covered pallet. STORAGE 9 months in unopened original packaging, away from frost and extreme heat. AMOUNT REQUIRED Approximately 500 g/m² of plasterboard. DRYING TIME The second coat can be applied 24-48 hours after the first, depending on the ambient conditions. RECOMMENDED APPLICATION Always leave a minimum gap of 20 cm between doors and windows and the first plasterboard joint.

TECHNICAL DEFINITION Ready-to-use coating paste coating specially formulated for use on tapered-edge plasterboard joints, to be used with jointing tape. The coating comes mixed : it is suitable for gluing and finishing the tape. COMPOSITION AND APPEARANCE Resin, water, calcium carbonate, preservatives and various additives. The paste is white in colour. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS Cracking : Up to 5mm thickness with no cracking. APPLICATION Application is carried out manually, spreading the thinned the product with a coating knife across 10 or 15 cm, before laying the tape in position. In the event of projecting vertical angles, use reinforced tape (frame placed at the side of the panel). Apply tape to the internal ceiling corners, making sure that the concrete is free of any trace of forming oil. The surface must be dry and free of any type of powder or insufficiently adherent product.
