Tecno Impianti designs and manufacture a series of horizontal wire drawing bullblocks Mod. MO/P, for the drawing of cold heading wire. These wire drawing bullblocks are utilized for big productions of drawn wire and are meant for wire drawing companies which produce cold heading wire or for big manufacturers of fasteners who execute the wire drawing off-line and take the drawn wire to the cold heading machines, in the form of wire coiled on wire carriers or as bound coils. The horizontal wire drawing bullblocks Mod. MO/P are manufactured by us in 4 different models, for covering a range of wire diameters between 6,0 and 30,0 mm. The drawn wire is taken-up on a rotating platform positioned into a hole in front of the capstan. It is taken-out with wire carriers or through a coil extractor.

Tecno Impianti manufactures vertical wire drawing bullblocks, which are utilized for drawing wire of small-medium diameter. They are available in two types: Mod. MV e Mod. MVC. In the models MV, which cover a range of wire diameters from 4,0 to 12,0 mm., the drawn wire can be coiled on the wire drawing capstan and then taken-up with a coil extractor, or, after the wire drawing operation, it can be sent to a vertical spooler which spools it on reels. The models MVC, commonly known as vertical inverted bullblocks, cover a range of wire diameters from 5,0 to 9,0 mm. The wire drawn on this type of machine is taken-up on wire carriers positioned under the wire drawing capstan.

Tecno Impianti designs and manufactures straight-line multipass wire drawing machines Mod. TR for the dry wire drawing of thin wires. Our range is composed of machines for processing wire with maximum inlet diameter 6,0 – 6,5 mm., for obtaining wire with minimum diameter 1,80 mm. and machines for processing wire with maximum inlet diameter 3,0 mm., for obtaining wire with minimum diameter 0,80 mm. The take-up of the drawn wire is on reels, or in form of coils of drawn wire.

Tecno Impianti has designed and manufactured the new wet wire drawing machine Mod. TS310-2. It is an evolution of the model TI-310, which was one of the most successful products in the history of Tecno Impianti Srl. This machine can be used for drawing of low carbon wire, galvanized wire, welding wire. It is available also in the 4-cones version, named TS310-4. Tecno Impianti designs and manufactures coil compactors Mod. CR which are utilized together with our drawing lines equipped with the wire drawing bullblocks Mod. MO/P. The wire drawn by the bullblocks Mod. MO/P is taken-out of the rotating platform through a coil extractor and positioned on the compactor. The compacted coil will be strapped by means of steel strapping unit and then it will be tilted in a horizontal position for permitting an easy unload by a fork-lift truck.

STRAIGHTENING AND CUTTING MACHINE Model EvoCUT6012 The new Tecno Impianti straightening & cutting machines model EvoCUT are a concentrate of strength, technology and design. They are used for straightening and cutting of smooth wires made of mild steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, bronze etc.; for the latter ones, we have developed tooling with specific geometries and materials. The use of brushless servomotors and very high quality planetary gearboxes for the management of the axes ensure an excellent performance in dynamic, dimensional and quality terms on the finished product. Proportional valves for pressure control allow the operator to store the settings regarding pulling and position transducer for each single application, ensuring the constancy of the set values over the time.

Tecno Impianti designs and manufactures horizontal spoolers Mod. BO for the take-up on fixed reels of the smooth or ribbed wire coming from the cold rolling line. Our horizontal spoolers are available in different sizes, according to the requested application. They can be integrated with a coil tilting unit, which is utilized for bringing the reel, after its extraction, into a vertical position

Tecno Impianti designs and manufactures vertical spoolers Mod. BV for the the take-up on fixed or collapsible reels of the smooth or ribbed wire coming from the cold rolling line. The vertical spoolers manufactured by Tecno Impianti can work with reels of 2 or 3 Tons. It can be supplied as an accessory item also a steel strapping unit for the production of bound coils.

The vertical spoolers which take-up the smooth or ribbed wire coming from the cold rolling line, can be supplied also in the version Mod. BVD with double reel, for reducing the downtimes. Tecno Impianti designs and manufactures this machine both in the version with manual cut of the wire and with automatic blocking and cut of the wire. The double vertical spooler can be supplied in the version for 2 or 3 Tons reels

Tecno Impianti designs and manufactures a reel tilting unit with hydraulic command Mod. RR (maximum reel weight 3 Tons), which is installed on cold rolling lines where the wire is taken-up on horizontal spoolers. The tilting unit is utilized for bringing the reels in vertical position.
