Our Estate of olive groves are maintained with love and care throughout the year and we try to follow the time tested ways of bringing ancient techniques to a modern world. Our philosophy is one of making the finest, complex tasting olive oil for a world that has yet to fully appreciate Greek and Cretan olive oil. It is our goal to be part of the movement to let the world know what treasure lives in the Greek olive oil. We have made a low acid, delicate and complex tasting oil that is fit for the most demanding gourmet table or the simplest rural table. We have created a fine wine of olive oil that can be appreciated in its purest sense and in fine cooking. We offer a 500 liter bottle that can easily sit as a decoration on your bar, but should be used in everyday cooking calling for a heart healthy oil. The Song of Odysseus is a name meant to evoke the Greek journey of Homer’s hero as he sought to find his way home. Just like Odyssey, our journey is to help the world find its way back to the home of the worlds best olive oil: Greece. Our company has its own grove of trees and also selects from only the finest olive trees of Crete to suit the taste of our creation.

Alepodelis family built their 1st soap factory in Lesvos Island, on 1884. Later, the production facilities were transfered to port of Pireaus. Their products had won many International awards for their quality.We are now producing pure & natural olive oil soaps using the same traditional receipies. We are doing also Private Label soaps (OEM). We can supply also raw materials (Olive Oil soap noodles) to soap factories.
