Since 1925, Sprimag has been developing systems for the functional and decorative coating of mass-produced parts and for the internal coating of metal packaging. Sprimag employs around 180 staff at its current headquarters in Kirchheim-Teck and also has sites in the USA and Mexico. As one of the few providers on the market, Sprimag develops their own application technology including spraying equipment, pumps and paint supply systems and can therefore adapt them optimally to the coating process. At the in-house application centre, Sprimag offers its customer the opportunity to test the application in every sub-process. All process steps can be carried out, from the first hand samples right through to the prototype production. The company MVA d.o.o., founded by Miha Vedral, a graduate mechanical engineer, in 1991, is a family-owned business that has steadily expanded its services and products since its establishment. In 2009, the company obtained a certificate for the ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system, later upgraded to ISO 9001: 2015. The company's core activity is pressure die casting of aluminum alloy products, complemented by pre-casting services such as product design consultation, tool design, manufacturing and post-casting processes like trimming, sanding, deburring, grinding, CNC machining, washing, product assembly, measurements, quality control, packaging, and delivery. In addition to casting, we are involved in the production of various metal and plastic products. We offer a variety of manufacturing services, including product design, manufacturing of tools for plastic injection molding, custom machinery, plastic injection molding, CNC machining, metal forming, various types of surface treatments, and packaging of final products.
