The zinc coating offers excellent corrosion protection: In cooperation with our customers, we have developed a product that solves the problem of zinc abrasion in the processing of galvanized strips - ZPL (Zinc Plus Paint). An organic coating system is applied immediately after electrolytic galvanizing. This results in a colourless, uniform, highly lubricious layer with a dry film thickness of 0.50 - 3.00 µm, which can of course also be supplied in any desired colour. One of the main finishing processes in the manufacturing of products from sheet and profile material is the electrostatic polymer powder coating. The powder coating offered by FoxLaser provides opportunities for painting within the colors of the entire range of RAL and NCS, with their additional effects: gloss, matte, large and fine structure, metallic and others. FoxLaser owns two automated production lines for applying polymer powder coatings. Both of them utilize a five-stage chemical preparation of the parts that guarantees anti-corrosion of at least 504 hours of salt test – and that is without applying zinc primer. We also have the ability to cover the anti-corrosion class C5 (1500 hours of salt test) – one of the highest in the world. We are proud that we can paint large parts with dimensions up to 4000x1700x800 mm.

EXCOR PERIGOL DW is an anti-corrosion oil containing solvent which is chiefly used for the corrosion protection of ferrous metals, uncoated or partially galvanised steel, cast iron and other metals. It offers excellent water-repellent properties. In metal parts produced by processes involving water EXCOR PERIGOL DW removes the water, which dissolved corrosion-inducing salts may also contain, from the surface, creating a wipeproof film which protects against corrosion. This property can also be useful for dry parts, for instance during spraying. A wipeproof film provides more robust protection against mechanical and thermal stresses and also enhances the corrosion protection it provides.

EXCOR desiccant bags BALESO are made of 100% natural bentonite (alumina) and are free of chemical additives. The wrapping material is available in two variants: low-dust (type A) and dust-tight (type B) desiccant bags, which are made of highly tear-resistant fleece in accordance with DIN 55473 specifications. Their use is environmentally friendly and there is no risk of skin contact. The bags are ready for use immediately after removal from the collective packaging. No additional handling is necessary. The desiccant bags should be placed in the packaging so that they do not come into contact with the metal. Typical applications: — Warm packed metal parts (risk of condensation). — Metal parts with residual moisture in deep holes — Packages with a large volume of air — Long-term packaging

EXCOR PERIGOL 100 is suitable for corrosion protection of ferrous metals, uncoated or partially galvanised steel, cast iron and other metals. PERIGOL 100 may be applied using immersion or spraying techniques. EXCOR PERIGOL 100 corrosion protective oil only requires a brief drip-off time and when applied can resist temperatures of up to approximately 50º Celsius. Solvent-free PERIGOL 100 forms an oily, non-wipeproof film on the metal surfaces which may be removed using aqueous alkaline media.
