Metal In has 9 eccentric presses with a force of 40 to 200 tons. We have loaders for roll operation and feeders. 3 hydraulic presses with a force of up to 160 tons. We produce press parts for the automotive, construction and furniture industries. Metal In is certified according to IATF 16949: 2016. We have a tool section for the production and maintenance of punches and bending tools. We also offer a subsequent operation of zinc and zinc-nickel.

Metal In Ltd have two punching machines – TRUMPH and Raskin and two CNC bending machines TRUMPH. This allow us to produce punching details with maximum sizes 1250x2500 mm and maximum thickness 4 mm. Machines are with maximum length 3000 mm and power 120 tones. We also have eccentric presss machines with maximum power of kick 160 tones and hydraulic presses with maximum power 100 tones. We have our own production of punching and bending instruments. The company have three roller bending machines for sheet iron, profiles and tubes. Except upper mentioned operations we also make MIG-MAG and WIG welding, cleaning and powder coating.

The modern equipment with CNC machines, which we possess allow us to work sheet iron with thickness till 18 mm and dimensions 1500x3000 mm. These products are with high quality, precise manufacturing and excellent external look. Thank to different machines and equipment (lazer cutting, stamp press, punching, shears, eccentric and hydraulic presses, machine shafts, bending machine for metal sheets straightening , spot welding, robotic MIG-MAG welding, WIG welding, powder coating. Sheet metal bending The two key words when it comes to sheet metal bending are accuracy and quality. FoxLaser guarantees both, thanks to the latest generation of digital, hydraulic press brakes from the Japanese company AMADA. The 7-axis control allows for a very fast process in the production of test parts and prototypes of bent sheet metal, as well as perfect repeatability of the bends in long series. FoxLaser owns nine press brakes for bending, three of which of a brand-new generation, with the option of external programming. Combined with AMADA's specialized BendCam software, they speed up and improve the prototyping process immensely. We are proud owners of a large-sized press brake machine, which allows bending of sheet metal parts up to 4000 mm and also one with a capacity of 320 t by 3000 mm. Additionally, we have manual sheet metal bending machines, press brakes and three-shaft rounds (for cylindrical and conical molding).
