The B80 KGK G3 series is a powerful and robust submersible centrifugal pump with plain bearings, drive lantern mounted on anti-friction bearings and IEC standard motor. The B80 KGK G3 series is designed in single or two-stage versions with one or two impellers for high flow rates. Multistage pumps are used to increase the delivery pressure while maintaining compact hydraulic dimensions and are used in particular in processes with high delivery pressures at low flow rates. The Pumped medium is discharged from the tank via the radial pump outlet and the vertical riser pipe. We know the special requirements of the wastewater industry. Flottweg therefore decided to create a new decanter series solely manufactured for sludge separation, called the Flottweg C Series.

EFFICIENT CLEANING – INTUITIVE, ROBUST AND SEMI-AUTOMATIC IF REQUIREDWith a basket centrifuge from the ZM range, you get a robust and easy-to-operate unit for cleaning up to 1,000 litres of process water per hour. Separate up to 14 litres of sludge in a single cycle! The sludge basket is removed and emptied manually. A PLC is available for semi-automatic operation. LMC-101 and LMCR-101 high speed centrifuge with 24-place capacity rotors are newly designed for the laboratory centrifuge. Maximum speed reaches up to 15,000rpm (21,400 x g) which allows for all molecular biology applications in 0.2ml, 0.5ml, 1.5/2.0ml and PCR tubes. Both models have the soft brake function to protect sensitive samples. LMCR-101 has temperature range from -10℃ to +40℃. It comes with a PreCool switch to ensure quick temperature is obtain.

The basket screen consists of cylindrical and tubular wedge wire screen which is suitable for centrifugal applications. A decanter can be thought of as a settling basin that wraps around an axis. In the settling basin, the solid particles that are heavier than the liquid move to the bottom by gravity and form a sediment at the bottom of the basin. In the rotating drum of the centrifuge, the solid particles that are heavier than the liquid move outward by centrifugal force and form a sediment on the inner wall of the centrifuge drum. Since forces of about 3000 g occur in a centrifuge, as opposed to 1 g in the gravitational field, the separation of the solid particles from the liquid is much faster and more efficient.

FLUX centrifugal immersion pumps are used when larger flow rates, continuous running or special immersion lengths are required. They are especially suitable for pumping and circulating aggressive and abrasive media. There is a choice of different materials available depending on the chemical and thermal requirements. In addition sealless and horizontal versions are available. FLUX centrifugal immersion pumps are individually configured and manufactured according to the technical requirements in each case.

Flottweg C series decanters around the world process 25 million liters of sewage sludge per hour. The dewatering and thickening of sewage sludge plays a decisive role in the wastewater treatment process. Requirements for the quality and efficiency of sewage treatment plants increase year after year, not least driven by the increasing costs of energy and disposal. As a result, the state of the art is now to use decanter centrifuges to dewater and/or thicken the incoming sludge. Flottweg developed the decanters of the C series especially for this purpose. The C7E represents the largest of all the C machines. The C7E increases the proportion of dry substance in the sludge, thereby reducing its volume and weight (due to loss of water). That means that operators need to dispose of, recycle, or burn less sludge. The result: enormous potential savings for the operators of sewage treatment plants.
