The B80 KGK G3 series is a powerful and robust submersible centrifugal pump with plain bearings, drive lantern mounted on anti-friction bearings and IEC standard motor. The B80 KGK G3 series is designed in single or two-stage versions with one or two impellers for high flow rates. Multistage pumps are used to increase the delivery pressure while maintaining compact hydraulic dimensions and are used in particular in processes with high delivery pressures at low flow rates. The Pumped medium is discharged from the tank via the radial pump outlet and the vertical riser pipe. We know the special requirements of the wastewater industry. Flottweg therefore decided to create a new decanter series solely manufactured for sludge separation, called the Flottweg C Series.

The Centrifuge takes in a slurry of chips and coolant, separates the coolant out by high speed spinning, leaving dry chips.

A decanter can be thought of as a settling basin that wraps around an axis. In the settling basin, the solid particles that are heavier than the liquid move to the bottom by gravity and form a sediment at the bottom of the basin. In the rotating drum of the centrifuge, the solid particles that are heavier than the liquid move outward by centrifugal force and form a sediment on the inner wall of the centrifuge drum. Since forces of about 3000 g occur in a centrifuge, as opposed to 1 g in the gravitational field, the separation of the solid particles from the liquid is much faster and more efficient.

FLUX centrifugal immersion pumps are used when larger flow rates, continuous running or special immersion lengths are required. They are especially suitable for pumping and circulating aggressive and abrasive media. There is a choice of different materials available depending on the chemical and thermal requirements. In addition sealless and horizontal versions are available. FLUX centrifugal immersion pumps are individually configured and manufactured according to the technical requirements in each case.

Proven know-how meets state-of-the-art technology. This is the best way to describe the new Flottweg decanter C series. We also have the optimal solution for the very large wastewater treatment plants. The combination of our own Simp Drive® drive system, which has been in use since 1994, and Recuvane®, which allows flexible and simple retrofitting as well as targeted discharge of the centrate water, sets new standards for Flottweg in separation technology.

Flottweg C series decanters around the world process 25 million liters of sewage sludge per hour. The dewatering and thickening of sewage sludge plays a decisive role in the wastewater treatment process. Requirements for the quality and efficiency of sewage treatment plants increase year after year, not least driven by the increasing costs of energy and disposal. As a result, the state of the art is now to use decanter centrifuges to dewater and/or thicken the incoming sludge. Flottweg developed the decanters of the C series especially for this purpose. The C7E represents the largest of all the C machines. The C7E increases the proportion of dry substance in the sludge, thereby reducing its volume and weight (due to loss of water). That means that operators need to dispose of, recycle, or burn less sludge. The result: enormous potential savings for the operators of sewage treatment plants.

Miniature Centrifugal Pumps of the BMK series have been desined for clean watercircuits of up to 160 degree C fluid temperature and up to 7 bar of system pressure. Centrifugal sorting is used for high capacities up to 800 pieces per minute. The quiet and gentle sorting is particularly suitable for plastic objects. Depending on object type and size we recommend different versions ZF-350, ZF-500, ZF-800. Due to the user-friendly and space-saving design, it can be combined with other machines and systems.

Recycling plastics with the Sorticanter include: ► Reduced odor because of closed system ► No influence due to the color of the solids to be sorted ► Lower thermal energy consumption, since the dewatering phase is already built into each Sorticanter. ► Minimum personnel costs, creating operating cost savings  ► Separation of mixed substances that are unsuitable for static separation (fibers) This means that no mechanical dryer (screen centrifuge) is needed. ► Processing of particles possible that are smaller than 1 mm, so no impact from fans and other interfering effects ► A low-volume circulation system reduces the consumption of fresh water, while also reducing the wastewater quantity, since contaminants are largely separated out in the Sorticanter. With a Sorticanter, it is possible to process up to 1,000 lbs or 2,500 kg of solid per hour, depending on the composition of the raw materials.

Transport and disposal costs, at over 70 percent, represent by far the largest cost item in sludge dewatering. A powerful dewatering assembly is thus an important criterion. With a Flottweg HTS Decanter in the C series, you can achieve the highest possible total dry solids in the dewatered sludge, thereby continuously saving on transport and disposal. More than 50 years of experience in the dewatering of sewage sludge and continuous further development have gone into the design of the Flottweg HTS Decanter. In the process of treating waste water, fine biological sludge is constantly produced during the decomposition process at a sewage treatment plant. For a stable decomposition process in the biological treatment phase, the sludge produced in the secondary sedimentation pond, also known as excess sludge, is removed and fed into the digestion tower. Flottweg's OSE decanters thicken the sludge before it enters the digestion tower. Sewage treatment plants benefit from an even feeding of the digestion tower and can thus optimally use the volume of the digestion tower. The Flottweg OSE decanter is specially designed for sludge thickening. ► Highest gas yield through constant feeding of the digestion tower ► Best possible thickening even with changing feed conditions ► Larger sedimentation volume (due to deep pond and steep cone) enables highest power density (10 - 20 percent) with minimum space requirement

Flottweg Sedicanter separates solids from liquids. Its special feature: the solids consist of a sediment with properties ranging between soft and fluid.
