This space-saving spiral freezer delivers continuous uniform freezing and high production capacities of meat, poultry, seafood, vegetable and baked products. Each product piece is frozen uniformly regardless of its position on the conveyor belt. Temperature, air circulation and conveyor speed are independently adjustable and PLC controlled. Our Edge Drive freezer has no internal drum drive, making cleaning simple and efficient. Insulated cabinet and stainless steel construction are built to Danish standards.

The CTi Tunnel Freezer represents our most simplistic, low-investment and cost-effective method of IQF cooling and freezing for food production. CTi’s IQF tunnel freezers are easy to operate, easy to clean, and suitable for a wide range of applications. In Danish, Simplicity does not mean standard, it means Refined. At CTi, we utilise a Vertical Airflow freezing method, as we believe that it secures an even airflow distribution, producing a more uniform crust and freeze. Food product is loaded on the conveyor belt and travels into the freezing zone, where high-speed Axial Fans blast air through an evaporator vertically over the top of product surface. Upon exiting the tunnel sections the frozen product releases off the belt smoothly.

R134a is internationally recognizcd asone of the main refrigerant working substances to substitute CTC 12. The STW series wheels are manufactured with an exclusive DC Di Candia Ruote’s composite material, the THT, which has been studied and developed in our plant in Besnate, and is used exclusively for the production of this wheel range. These wheels grants a superior and unmatched mechanical resistance to heavy impacts, an outstanding resistance against chipping and breaking caused by hitting of sharp obstacle and a great rolling capacity even in plain bore configuration, thanks to the self-lubricating properties of the THT material. They also assure an incredible resistance against aggressive cleaners, chemicals, oils, acids, steam and salty water, and are available with plain bore and with double special HT ball bearings, to allow a perfect rolling capacity in any condition of use. The THT material is certified by FDA for contact with foods. The STW wheels can be fitted into a specific series of brackets for high/low temperatures, which are specifically studied and produced.

The LTW series wheels are manufactured in high grade Polyamide and filled with glass fibers plus additional natural fibers, and molded through a new vaacum and material drying process to assure high resistance in temperatures bewteen -40°C and +150°C. They are available with plain bore and with HQS self lubricating bushes, to allow a good rolling capacity in any condition of use. The LTW wheels can be fitted into a specific series of brackets for high/low temperatures, which are specifically studied and produced to fulfill the extremely wide variability of conditions to which they are submitted in the world of uses in temperatures and bakery / food industry. Brackets are fully certified and manufactured with food and sanitary grade Stainless Steel in AISI 304 / 316, and are available in both metric and inches standard sizes, and are also available in double-layer galvanized pressed steel.

Dust-proof condenser does not require maintenance, it is long-lasting thanks to its aluminum frame and electrostatic powder painted and galvanized coated inner and outer body. Apple is suitable for installation types such as singular, block and land, and allows you to create different layouts in the Market.
