We supply the European and international market with unalloyed and medium-alloyed chain steel wires from our Iserlohn-Kalthof plant in sizes ranging from 4.0 mm to 25.0 mm.

Even when securing the load, the lashing material must be protected from the “sharp edge“. Highvalue loads may not be damaged by lashing chains. The secutex SKKE simple edgeprotector is simply placed onto the chain via the slit on the reverse side, making it impossible to lose. The edgeprotector is light and flexible. Due to the low deadweight and flexible textile reinforcement, the edgeprotector can be attached easily and quickly to the load. Important note The secutex SKKE simple edgeprotector is not intended for prolonged use.

The secutex chain sleeve protects the chain (sandblasting) and the slinger. The protective hose is not well suited for the intensive use and transport of sharpedged parts due to the high surface pressure and the lack of reinforcement. Please note The chain hoses are designed for chains of quality class 8 that conform to standards.

The T3 system combines smooth operation, low noise, simple assembly, and economy. The side bands, which snap together, replace a conventional pin and bore connection and prevent relative movements between the joints giving extremely low wear. This means virtually no wear or abrasion (cleanroom). The t-band's geometry means that hardly any polygon effect is generated when the energy chain is placed. The t-band therefore rolls in a very smooth arc, giving extremely low vibration and noise. In order to reduce the manufacturing and installation costs, the t-band is not mounted individually, but – much like the E3 system – in an eight-link length. Due to its low mass, the t-band is suitable for applications with low fill weights and short strokes combined with high speeds and accelerations.

Aside from the tried-and-tested uses of the E6, the new generation offers additional advantages which significantly simplify operation. The guidelok horizontal is more cost-effective than many steel chains or complex sliding systems. Safely guide many different cables in a confined space with e-spool. e-spool uniquely combines two different energy supply systems: one standard energy chain is guided by a roller, providing the correct length and tension of the energy supply system through an integrated spring. In the home position, the energy chain is completely rolled up to save space. The force measuring chain has been developed for applications where the requirements for precision are not the primary focus, but rather where an economical purchase price and simple functionality are the key criteria. The sensor‘s strain gauge technology allows both static and dynamically changing forces to be measured. The large display means that the force acting on the sensor can be read easily. The four integrated threaded holes allow the sensor to be integrated quickly and easily into existing production and assembly equipment. It is important that the force is applied axially to the center of the sensor.
