It is perfect for deburring and abrasion, above all on small workpieces from the optical and fine mechanics industries. The double-conically shaped rotating barrel body generates an intense rotation to achieve the perfect abrasion result. SOPHISTICATED TECHNOLOGY The mini barrel stands on a steel sheet construction with four pedestals. The barrel bodies are secured to a drive roller and support roller with locking rings. The barrel body is made from polyurethane and the quick-action cap is waterproof. SPECIAL EQUIPMENT It is also possible to attach two additional barrel bodies if necessary. These are driven via a roller system that is fully variable thanks to a three-phase motor. The cover can also be ordered with safety switches.

TT...SM CENTRIFUGAL DISC FINISHING UNITCOMPACT AND PIVOTING Centrifugal disc finishing units from the TT...SM range have an attached screening machine and integrated hopper for abrasive media. After processing the workpieces, the entire unit pivots by 135° to separate the abrasive media and workpiece mass on the screening machine. SUITABLE FOR HIGH-VALUE WORKPIECES While the system pivots back into the working position, the abrasive media are conveyed back into the work bowl. The SMA 30-A series is available in an electrical or compressed-air operated design. The machine is designed for handling steel, aluminum, copper and plastics. A chamfer width of up to 8 mm is possible in NE metals and a chamfer width of up to 6mm in steel. In addition to this, a radius processing of 1.2mm to 6mm is feasible. The stunning and patented 8 or 16 cutting turning plate system guarantees long service life, best surface qualities and efficient working. The electrical design of the SMA 30 is equipped with a speed control and should be preferably used for stainless steel processing. The cutter heads are available for chamfer angles 30°, 45° and 60°. The processing of drill holes is already possible starting at a diameter of >28mm. For tight contours, long holes and bores, a single-cutting cutter head with a fitting guide roller is available, Ø10mm to Ø20mm depending on application.

The KSM 125 and KSM 130 edge grinding machines are designed for deburring and edge cutting of small to big workpieces starting with a thickness of 2 mm. The chamfer is scrubbed and finished in one step with our two-zone grinding disc. The chamfer setting is made by opening / closing the prism. This is used effectively and efficiently through the axial adjustable corundum grinding disc. The KSM 125 has an integrated extraction socket for connection to an extraction system. A water cooler is installed in the KSM 130. The machines are equipped with hardened and polished guide rails. Hardened workpieces and HSS materials can be processed p to 5mmx45° in multiple steps. For longer workpieces or serial part production, we recommend optimizing the feed unit with pressing pressure, surface quality, feed speed and service life of tools. The machines can be installed on an undercarriage for flexible use in a workshop.

The automatic weld chamfering machine ASO 920 is for portable use in weld seam preparation. The attachment of large welded chamfers on the workpiece upper edge up to a chamfer length of 90mm can be performed by the machine effortlessly without any thermal change to the material, because the heat dissipation occurs through the chip. V, X, K, U or Y seams can be prepared thanks to the gradual angle adjustment from 0° - 30°. The highlight here is the machining preparation of a tulip seam. The automatic recess chamfering machine ASO 910 is for welded seam treatment of, for example, duplex steel. The recess chamfering or resetting of cladding is mastered excellently by the edge chamfering machine. The attachment of chamfers on the top edge of the workpiece is possible up to 65mm. Thanks to the gradual angle adjustment from 90° - 75°, clean transitions are created between two workpieces with different thicknesses.
