It is an autonomous device thanks to its battery power supply and with its supplied equipment it is also a versatile load lifter for construction site or workshop.

Pneumatic Cyclone Group is a system that moves the spilled product with air flow. The transportation process is carried out in pipes and the transported materials are sent to the Pneumatic Cyclone. Cyclones are made of sheet steel construction. It has a cylindrical-conical body and consists of an inlet and outlet pipe. It is designed to keep the air loss of the system to a minimum during the separation of air and product in the pneumatic system.

Pneumatic timers are used for the precise time control of pneumatic signals in pneumatic circuits or systems. The pressure-independent function of time delay starts when pressure is applied to the control port. After the pre-selected time is elapsed, an internal 3/2 way valve is switched. The pneumatic timer is reset to the initial condition if the control port is vented for at least 300 ms. The adjustable time delay depends on the chosen version and amounts between 0.5 and 180 s. Due to its design the control pressure level must not be below working pressure level. As a result of the fire-risk evaluation according to EN 13463-1, the pneumatic timers are not subject to ATEX regulations. This means they may also be used in explosion hazardous areas as defined in IIG/ IID.

The GEMÜ 650 2/2-way diaphragm valve has a stainless steel piston actuator and is pneumatically operated. The valve is designed for use in a sterile environment. All metallic actuator components are made of stainless steel. The compression springs of diaphragm sizes 80 and 100 are made of epoxy coated spring steel. Normally closed (NC), Normally open (NO) and Double acting (DA) control functions are available. Simple operation, robust design and precise cuts make the metal-cutting cold saws of the VMS series a reliable partner in the workshop and factory. They are real all-rounders when it comes to cutting solid materials, tubes and profiles. In addition to the automatic saw feed, the VMS 350 PV also offers pneumatic clamping of the material. The heart of the VMS circular saw unit is the worm gear unit with EISELE shock-absorbing feature, produced in-house. It is heavy duty and provides for a smooth, low-vibration running of the saw, which, of course, has a positive impact on the quality of the cutting surface, the blade life and the service life of the saw. A quick change of the saw blade is easily possible thanks to the large safety hood. The hydro-pneumatic saw feed can be adjusted infinitely.
