For over 20 years LUBCON provides inspections on failed or damaged ball and roller bearings. Understanding why a bearing has failed is essential to prevent the same failure from happening again. Detailed bearing analysis including inspection report: The report will usually cover more than 5 pages and include images, comments regarding possible failure modes and recommendations for preventive actions if appropriate. Remote analysis with short report: A short report will usually cover 2 to 4 pages and include comments regarding possible failure modes and recommendations for preventive actions if appropriate. BVM’s design team utilise the very latest in 3D modelling CAD software so we can design suitable housings to provide the exact fit, feel and practicalities needed to house & accommodate the central intelligence and interactivity behind your product – inclusive of motherboards, TFT displays with integrated touch, required cabling – and any other peripheral devices needed to aid your application.

At BVM we have been designing PCBs for many years and have experienced the changes in technology. From 16-bit CPU modules, disc and network interfaces to the latest high speed PCIe devices, custom power supplies and carrier boards, BVM have built up a library of standard building blocks and, combined with our engineering design experience, we consequently ensure your project and design is a successful one. For PCB layout we use Altium PCB designer which includes an ‘auto-router’ to the provides the means of an assisted layout tool which in turn means we maintain control and ensure an efficient design (and product) is produced – especially where repeatability of manufacture is concerned.

BVM has an experienced team of operatives with the ability to manufacture and build the most complex cable harnesses, wiring looms – and provide ‘box build – from simple control boxes, power & distribution boxes to more complex systems. From the initial design, prototyping, production & test – through to delivery, every member of our team is committed to getting it right first time – produced to exacting standards, time after time. For data communication, video or radio signals where the frequency is usually high and the interference is minimal – we can fit typical connector types such as BNC, TNC, F-Type, N-Type, SMA (to name a few) coming either crimped or soldered depending upon your requirements.

With Blue Chip Technology’s in-house mechanical design engineering capabilities, you have the option of keeping all aspects of your project with just the one partner. With over 30 years of mechanical design experience and the advantage of being co-located with the electronics design and manufacturing teams, our mechanical design engineers are best suited to take care of your enclosure design. We use the Creo Parametric 3D CAD system (formerly Pro Engineer) which can seamlessly integrate with CAD models authored in other systems, so if you already have an existing design or concept we can build a solution from that.

Rotafix Engineering Adhesive is a high strength structural epoxy adhesive, part of the Resiwood product range. The 2-part unfilled epoxy adhesive has a degree of flex which makes it well suited to wood engineering and timber applications. The slow setting nature of Rotafix Engineering Adhesive lends itself to working on site where time is needed to create and move joints prior to finalising the assembly. Rotafix Structural Adhesive (RSA) is a high performance unfilled thixotropic slow setting structural epoxy adhesive which is used in timber engineering. The slow setting nature of the epoxy adhesive allows the manipulation of timber joints for a period of time. This is particularly useful for flooring boards, roofing sheets or complex joints. The Freeze Master 420D pipe freezing machine has Freeze Heads designed to fit straight onto 42mm pipes with reducer fittings for 35mm 28mm 22mm & 15mm.

The 280A is an entry level pipe freezing machine designed to freeze up to 28mm. Housed in a tough metal case which includes an ergonomically designed lay flat handle.
