MBX magnetic clamping blocks have opposite clamping sides that are activated when actuated. They are designed to clamp workpieces on steel surfaces such as machine or assembly tables. Several MBX can also be connected together via the internal hexagon of the indexing shaft to clamp longer or larger workpieces.

The FX-HV Horizontal-Vertical System will meet with its diverse setting almost any need. Overall height and focus can be adjusted by plug pins. Permanent magnet transporters are used where switchable lifting magnets cannot be used due to insufficient material thickness. They are suitable for thin sheets from 2 mm and are less expensive than lifting magnets, but must be separated from the workpiece under tension by means of a forcing-off device. They are suitable for use in sheet metal storage, on flame or laser cutting equipment, on shears or punching machines, and in steel and container construction. Magnetic transporters of types SH and MK are not compatible with the latest European standard for lifting magnets. We recommend their use only in protected areas.

FXL magnetic chucks with pole type 70 are used to securely clamp workpieces from approx. 150x150mm with material thickness from approx. 15mm. Poles of size 70x70mm generate a magnetic field that penetrates approx. 18mm into the workpiece, which is why they are particularly suitable for larger workpieces. Very good air gap behavior also allows uneven workpieces to be clamped securely. In addition, pole extensions with a larger stroke can be used on 70 poles for height compensation. The nominal holding force is a super strong 160 N/cm2 = 7.8kN per pole.

For lifting of ground parts, bulk material and for occasional sorting out of magnetizable parts. ERM are equipped with mounted switch and integrated rectifier, for direct connection to 230 V mains voltage. The field depth is approx. 80-120 mm. Not permitted for transporting solid workpieces in unprotected areas.

The MCF control units are designed to operate electro-permanent magnet modules. It is available both as a single board for installation in the customer's existing control cabinets and as an IP 54 control cabinet solution. In addition to the FXE lifting magnet modules, other electro-permanent magnet components such as magnet clamping plates or magnet clamping blocks can also be controlled with the MCF, both as a single system (ALNICO) and as a double system (ALNICO/ND). The MCF can be controlled via a machine control, radio remote control, manual pushbutton or other potential-free contacts.

The use of pole reversal control devices to control lifting magnets makes it possible to adjust the magnetic field very precisely. Thus, the USGs can be continuously adjusted in holding force and perform a demagnetizing cycle when switched off, which ensures that all parts are released and unwanted residual magnetism in the workpiece is minimized. USG pole reversal control units can be controlled via potential-free contacts with machine controls or pushbuttons in the crane operation and provide feedback on their switching status. As an option, we can also supply manual control units and signal lamp sets to match the pole reversal control units.
