FX-R is the series for round material handling. The deep shallow-angled prism ensures safe positioning on the load and guides the magnetic field deep into the material. The magnet system can be switched well in the entire diameter bandwidth and does not recoil, shearing of the load due to twisting is prevented by the overlapping prism. The Controller 14.422 serves to excite the magnetic particle clutches and brakes. The excitation current can be influenced by a dancer potentiometer or a master voltage. The built-in current controller ensures that, despite varying coil temperature the current is constant. Other important features of the controller are: Setpoint integrator, control amplifier and temperature monitoring through an optional thermal switch at the magnetic particle clutch or brake. Should the body temperature become too high, the controller simply switches off.

FX-P is the lifting magnet series for professional lifting and moving of thinner sheets, tubes and bars. The special Magnet-Coniguration in conjunction with the prismatic pole of the FX-P ensures maximum lux density even on thin material thickness. The FX-P can be positioned well on round tube and gently pressed.

FX-VV is the lifting magnet for profiles and hot components. The long, narrow design is conceived to pick up beams and profiles, also on the inner web of the beam, and reach their maximum holding force even with comparatively thin material thickness, so that even thin sheets can be lifted safely. Thanks to the 90° double prism, angle profiles can now be can now be picked up on the inside and outside, or components can be turned. Steel fabricators rely on FX-VV.

FX-C lifting magnets have a round, multipole clamping surface, designed for lifting rings, sleeves, bearing housings, flange plates and similar workpieces.The load specification is valid for full-surface mounting on workpieces which cover D inside to D outside (see table Dimensions), for workpieces with a smaller mounting surface an approximate maximum workpiece weight of 3.5 kg per cm² clamping surface can be calculated. For serial workpieces, a documented test should confirm the safety factor 3.

FXE electro-permanent lifting magnets are equipped with on-board control technology for direct connection to mains voltage - the fast, user-friendly plug & play solution for loads from light to super heavy. Different pole types are available, depending on the material thickness and surface to be moved.

Pneumatically actuated magnetic gripper type PNEUMAG are pneumatic switchable bi-stable magnetic systems. Air pressure is only needed for switching. The magnet system is permanent and thus keeps safe even with pressure drop. PNEUMAG magnetic grippers enable thin, perforated or textured sheet metal parts (from 0,5mm) take and safe to transport what they recommended specifically for use in automatic and semi-automatic feeding systems as well as slings for robot grippers. PNEUMAG is the alternative to vacuum conveying systems. They were tested on a metal sheet St37 with smooth and clean surface. Note that depending on the application a safety factor of 2 or 3 has to be included.

A separate type proximity switch that uses Bestact for the built-in contact. It is less susceptible to environmental influences such as dust, gas, high temperature, and high humidity, and has outstanding contact reliability. It has a long track record as a position detection switch for Steel equipment and chemical plant equipment, and contributes to the improvement of poor contact. The switch body is threaded for easy mounting and position adjustment.
