Metal chair frames are the basis of every solid and durable piece of furniture. Without them, in many cases, the design of the chair would be impossible. As a manufacturer of metal chair frames, we focus on the quality of workmanship and precision in production. Metal chair frames manufacturer - Project implementation process Our machine park includes many CNC numerically controlled machines. It is a technology thanks to which we are able to make chair frames of various shapes and sizes while maintaining high quality. The bending of metal chair frames is performed on CNC mandrel benders, which ensures perfect precision and repeatability of production. Thanks to this, our frames are perfectly matched to the other elements of the chairs with which they will be connected. In our production process, chair frames are welded on a robotic welding station. This not only ensures high joint quality, but also increases production efficiency. Robotization

We conduct welding processes in carbon dioxide and argon gas shields. We weld inox steel using the TIG method. We also weld aluminum alloys and non-ferrous metals. We perform spot welding on spot, table and forceps welders. We have about 10 welding machines in our machine park We have approximately 20 MIG-MAG and 5 TIG stations for welding. In our machine park we also have 3 welding robots from Yaskawa and one from ABB. Our largest robot has a working area of 6x2.5 meters.

The steel welding process is a key technology for the production of metal structures. We weld stainless steel structural elements, as well as entire structures made of structural steel, stainless steel, aluminum and its alloys. The main welding types used by us are: a) arc welding with a consumable electrode in the shield of inert gasses (MIG welding) and active gasses (MAG welding); b) arc welding with a non-consumable electrode in protective gasses (TIG welding); c) 3D laser welding. The specificity of the welding services and its belonging to special processes mean that it is carried out in our plant only by qualified employees who undergo regular training to improve their qualifications. The uncompromising approach allowed us to weld in industries with increased requirements: automotive, aviation and railway. In the metal welding process, we can also use a welding robot, which allows us to achieve high repeatability and welding quality for small and large production series.
